Me (left) and my best friend
Brooke (making a very funny face!)

This is my best friend again...it's only fair that I put a picture
of her on here that doesn't make her look like she's from a Grinch movie!
I am 20 years old, and currently attending Jamestown Community College. I will be graduating with my associates
in December of 2006. I am applying to Alfred University for the Fall of 2007, and I plan on living in a dorm. I am very excited!
I will be going for a degree in Psychology, but I think I might change that to human services. There's not much to do
with a BA in Psychology.
My best friend since forever is currently attending Alfred State. This is one of the reasons I am applying to AU. We
tried to plan it out so that we can go to the same school, but not too many schools (or at least not any that we liked) offer
both architecture and psychology. I feel so lucky that we both found schools so close to each other that we are happy
with!
I really think that I will enjoy AU. I have spent so much time on their website (found in MY LINKS, if you are
interested), and it seems like it's for me.

I had a semi-rough childhood. I was a "Bad" kid, and I ended up in a group home. This changed my life so much, and I
am so thankful for the experiences I had there, and the lessons learned.
I grew up in the Gowanda area, but at the age of 15, I was court mandated to be put in a childrens home (Gustavus
Adolphus of Jamestown). I stayed there until I turned 18, where I built on my relationship with my parents, took PEP classes
at JCC, and worked on myself as well. It was the best time of my life. I loved having roommates, and I got along with
everyone (most of the time!).
To this day I still talk and visit with my longest and favorite roommate. She lives 2 hours away in Buffalo, and we talk
on an almost everyday basis, and visit monthly.
As for my relationship with my parents, we couldn't be closer! I call them several times a day!
